Downloading Responses

SurveyPluto offers multiple methods for downloading survey responses for in-depth analysis.

- Download by option number (Excel): Displays the sequence of options chosen or indicates whether an option is selected for closed-ended questions.

- Download by option text (Excel): Shows the text of the selected options.

- Download by options score (Excel): For rating questions, it presents the chosen scores. For other closed-ended questions, it displays the option texts.

- Download to SPSS (.sav):These files encompass both data view and variable view. The data view part is similar to a spreadsheet. The variable view part contains information about the variables, such as Names, Type (e.g., numeric, string), Label, Value Labels, and more.

- Bulk Export to WORD: This is downloaded in .zip format for convenience. Each response is a Word document that shows response information and all questions in order. 

If the survey has an Upload question, you can bulk download attachment in a .zip format.
