Analyzing the Data 


The results show the number and percentage of responses for each option, and are presented using charts and tables to visualize the data. Multiple chart types are available for Rating question type, including column, pie, doughnut, bar, and line charts.

For the Rating question, it will provide The Average Score for this question, which indicates the overall rating for the item. It is calculated by the following formula: 


The Average Score = (Score of each option x Number of responses for each option) / Total number of answered responses  


For example, the average score for this question is 4.22, it is calculated:


 (3 x 2 + 4 x 3 + 5 x 4 ) / 9 = 4.22
