Referring to Previous Answer

How makes your survey more personalized and more engaged? You can refer to previous answer in order to acknowledge the respondent's previous response. 

1. Click refer button located at the top of the question textbox. 

2. Select the question(s) that you want to refer its answer.

3. The question textbox will then display the corresponding question number.

NOTE: Except the first question, other questions can refer the previous answer. 

For example, you can ask the respondent’s first name at the beginning. Then, the following question can refer the respondent’s first name. This personalization can make respondents feel more engaged with the survey and more likely to provide accurate and thoughtful responses.
