The Average Score for each row question, Total score, and The Average Score are calculated by the following formulas:

The Average Score for each Row Question = (Sum of all scores for a row question) / (Number of responses for a row question)

Total score = Sum of The Average Score for each Row Question

The Average Score = Sum of average scores / Number of Row question

For example, the scores for this question are calculated:

The Average Score for “Cleanliness of the room” = ( 79 + 66 + 93 + 76 +84 ) / 5 = 79.6

Total score = The Average Score for “Cleanliness of the room” + The Average Score for “Comfort of the bed” + The Average Score for “Quality of the food” + The Average Score for “Friendliness of the staff” = 79.6 + 79.4 + 70.6 + 72.2 = 301.8

The Average Score =  301.8 / 4 = 75.45
