Auto increment Table Question
Auto-increment Table question type is useful when collecting information, where the number of entries may vary. This question allows for flexibility in filling in corresponding content based on the user's actual situation. View a Auto-increment Table example.
Creating an Auto-increment Table Question
1. Choose Auto-increment Table to add the question to your survey.
2. Enter the question.
3. Enter the column questions. You can add column questions one by one or bulk add them by clicking Set column questions.
4. Set column attributes.
- Validation: Multi-line text, Integer, Decimal, Year and Month, Date, Date and Time, Email, Website, Multi-level Dropdown, Upload, and Drop-down Option
5. Set the default row numbers and max row numbers that can be added. The row number will be displayed in the left-hand side.
6. (Optional) Adjust any additional settings for questions and options.
7. Click Finish.
Analyzing the Data
You can view detailed data for each row by clicking the Details button. A word cloud is a visual representation of the most frequently used words in a set of responses, with the size of each word reflecting its frequency of use. To view the word cloud analysis, click the Word Cloud Analysis button. Note that if there are fewer than 5 responses, the word cloud analysis may not be displayed.
