Resending Message

If you need to resend a text message to respondents who haven't filled out your survey yet, there are two ways to do this: Auto-resend and Manual Resend. 

- Auto-resend: Click on Auto-resend and confirm to resend the message through the system. 

- Manual Resend: Click on Manual Resend, you need to copy the message content and send it through your own SMS platform. 

NOTE: If a respondent has already completed the survey and you choose to resend a message to them, their initial survey response will be permanently deleted from the results and cannot be recovered.
